We do charge a non‑refundable fee for certain areas such as King County and any time we service the Islands, due to extended travel time and accessibility.

Plumbing Assessment Fee — $69 We charge a $69 Plumbing Assessment Fee on all plumbing service calls. This fee is waived when you approve the repair. It covers the technician’s on‑site evaluation, diagnosis, and upfront pricing.
